The Movement is an intimate 12 month membership is designed for entrepreneurs and small business owners who are looking to deepen their commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and justice.

We will be focusing on education (awareness), community (belonging), and implementation (accountability).

There will be monthly group coaching calls, content audits, community events and a monthly workshop all focused on DEIJ-related topics.
